Karaoke time!

Last night we went to a pub called Rush. We enjoy going because it has really cheap drinks, the bartenders are very funny and everyone knows where it is and how to get there. Now, I have always wanted to try Karaoke ever since watching Crossroads with Brittney Spears. I just wanted see what it is like to get up and make a complete fool out of yourself and if people actually do sing along with you!

Start of The Way It Is

Check that off my list! Last night, Ciara and I signed up to not only sing one, but two songs...of course after we finished our drinks. We sang Man! I Feel Like a Women by Shania Twain and The Way It Is by Celine Dion. Now, I would have to say that I think we sounded just like them, but I am pretty sure our friends and the rest of the pub disagreed. It was a ton of fun! Everyone was signing along with us and we totally got into it. Not very surprising for those who know me. And don't worry Lauren and T, the words came up on the screen so I actually knew the right words and didn't have to make them up like I usually do!! Hmm maybe I should always have a screen with the lyrics so I can truly belt out the song and not go quite when I don't know the words!

The things on "My To Do List" are getting crossed off pretty quickly. Man, people in Scotland are so nice! I am leaving my mark here one night after another!!
